Hi all. I am in the process of purchasing an early model S35. I believe it was build around 2010.
My local building official (Oregon, USA) believes that the roaster must be UL certified in order to be installed and used. This era of Loring did not have such a certification. I have been told by others that this requirement may not be correct.
Have any of you ever dealt with a situation like this?
