We are probably selling our Probat L5, but not until next February. It's been our shop roaster for 12 years. Let me know your time frame. This roaster has been great but has never been rebuilt. It has one cooling paddle that fell off just after we got it; not a problem we cover that one with foil. Don't know how much but will be reasonable.
