I'm looking for a Boiler Plate of an Existing Wholesale Agreement, between a Private Brand Roaster, and a Restaurant, with a time lock to be given attention to. For an End Date. Does your existing contract, provide terms other than the standard 30 day net? Like I said, just looking for a Boiler Plate to use as a basis. Anybody that shares with me, after myself and my Lawyer get done with it, I will send a primary draft model, back to everyone that tried to help. I need a Contract to also spell out who will supply the Coffee Equipment, for each account?
I need a contract with Discounts spelled out to encourage early pay, through discounts.
I am also looking for a Coffee Service Contract, for a typical Office bound Coffee Service, including the responsibilities of purchasing and maintaining the equipment.
