large copper cappuccino machine for sale or information wanted

My boss has a very large cappuccino machine for sale made of brass and copper is a large Eagle on the top. the only information we can find on the machine is that the motor was made in France. any information would be greatly appreciated for we have found no name on the machine. i have seen few of them for sale in the past on ebay.
They were asking around 2-3,000 dollars but I don't really know if they sold them.
None of them were working condition.
