greetings fellow coffee lovers!!! i have referred to this site many times and have finally found a reason to access it with a problem i am encountering. i roast on a Lilla cg-05 manufactured in brasil and placed in service at a mile high in the dry mountain air of this river valley. our weather changes rapidly and the humidity and barometric pressure can dance around within an 8 hour workday, so the problems have been as a result of the limitations i have with the air control of this roaster. i am currently baffled by this: i was two roasts in to the day and as i begin my next roast, the maxon (electric) valve installed to tell my gas to flow, is tripping itself off. we have been trouble shooting for hours taking things apart , checking fuses, sensors, valves, gauges and are completely baffled. does anyone have a spark of why?????? this is such a mystery??? help, please. we are waiting for a call from brasil and are trying to be proactive by continuing to check areas that seem unlikely, but i thought this might provide a direction we have failed to think in. thank you for any response and looking forward to being part of this community.
