Friends of mine just got back from Israel. They are coffee drinkers. They mentioned Cafe Hafuch.
Israeli coffee experts told them "It is known as upside-down". They add coffee to milk instead of the other way around. The milk is first poured into a glass or mug and then a shot of espresso is added. It's the opposite way of making a regular cappuccino.
Oh yes, they did enjoy every cup.
