Is Coffeien beneficial to health ?

Hi GreemSwan27, I'm no doctor nor an expert on this subject, but everything I've read suggests that a low to moderate intake (1-3 cups/day?) can be good for you. I was warned by my own doctor several years ago that extremely high intake (I was drinking about 10 cups a day) can be extremely bad for you (on the esophagus, digestive system, etc). So I think it's kind of like most things in life -- "everything in moderation."
