The espresso lectures and labs at the SCAA conference in Atlanta are bigger than ever. We have a total of 15 stations that will need qualified espresso instructors to pull shots (both good and bad) and demonstrate milk frothing techniques.
Speaking on behalf of the Saturday, April 18th morning class led by me and Allen Leibowitz, we need at least another seven good instructors to help out; I suspect that the other sessions are all in a similar position (Saturday afternoon lab, Sunday morning lecture and afternoon lab).
