Hi, its been a while since I have been on ,but I think we finally know the town we are going to set up shop ,or at least try to. Doing research now on roasters,we are in Minnesota and looking for local roasters but not sure what to look for. Know of this coffee shop in Wisconsin that sells bulk flavored beans and would also like to do that but not can not find a lot of flavored beans locally. Any tips on what to look for, also researching fair trade coffee. Thank you
