Individual brew cups holding the coffee hostage?

I recently purchased a different brand of K-cups. I noticed that after using a couple of them, I'm not getting the volume of coffee that I should. It looks like the K-cup is full of coffee. I am also finding ground coffee in the bottom of my coffee cup. Any ideas on how to fix this? I love this new coffee and don't want to give up on it.

Its clogging up your machine. That usually happens when someone is using the reusable K-cup.
