Looking for advice on pro grade brewing equipment for a small roasting business. I need to purchase equipment for promotional events and free tastings that can do more volume than the personal equipment that I have now (2 chemex 2 press). Looking for something that can transition to farmers markets etc in the future. Do i buy a portable commercial brewer, or brew offsite and put it in airpots or what? If so what kind of airpots do i buy? Max I'd like to spend at this point is $1500, which rules out espresso machines. Make and model advice would be appreciated. Also - Is anyone out there rocking a mobile pour-over bar for events? Any problems keeping everything clean w/out sinks?
