Yep, AgreedI am not an expert by any means, but I have read if you are prone to panic attacks, you really should avoid caffeine. A forum about panic attacks would be a much better source of information for this topic.
I know someone who has really bad migraines due to the amount of caffeine he has in cola drinks. He goes through around 10 litres every dayI used to drink a hell of a lot of coffee at work and other than caffeine headaches, it also started to make me feel sick every few days. I have to cut it down to one cup every now and again to avoid the feeling.
