Hello, coffee people! I am in Texas and opening a coffee shop! It has been about 7 years of planning and waiting for the right opportunity, and 2 years specifically planning for this location/business plan/coffee shop. And there is another 8 months before we can even open. I've posted a few times already, so thank you to all who have answered my questions I'm sure there will be more!
