I am looking for a roaster

I am looking for a roaster to service an upcoming cafe in Brooklyn , NY. We still have alot of work ahead of us, but the coffee selection process is one of the most important things to me.

I would take a look at www.rojosroastery.com. They are in Lambertville, NJ. I don't know what you are looking for in a roaster, but this is one of the few "good ones" on the east coast.

Gimme coffee has a location in Brooklyn from which they distribute. Otherwise I do also ship to the tristate area myself. We would love the opportunity to earn your business.

If you are looking for a full-service roaster (one stop) you may be disappointed in the actual coffee. If they sell Chai mix, it is usually an indication that they aren't confident enough in the beans.
