I've been trying to find how to make Arabic/Saudi coffee, but the information online is really sparse.
What generally distinguishes the coffee is that it's ground while green, it uses spices like cardamom and saffron, and the end result is something that looks like tea.
That being said, there's a lot I don't actually know:
1-Is the coffee is supposed to be slightly roasted, or not at all?
2-Is it like Turkish/Greek coffee where you drink it with the ground coffee, or do you sift it?
3-What kind of coffee do you use? I'm guessing some kind of Arabica, but what regions are best?
If anyone has a comprehensive recipe, I would be very grateful. Thank you!!
