How to make diet instant coffee in sachet bag

I want to start a instant coffee in s sachet bag. I am new to the business and I need advice how how to make instant coffee in powder and liquid.

POWDER:

1. I need to know which I should use freeze dried or spray coffee to make instant coffee
2. Just say I brought freeze dried coffee in powder and putting the all the ingredient in to it. Do I just mix it together in the mixing machine or there other process like heating. Do I need to use the mixing machine that have heat or just a plain mixing machine. Is there a school or place that I can learn to do it.

I also don't understand what you mean when you say "diet coffee." There are no calories in coffee, unless you load it with milk and sugar.

Are you trying to create this coffee for your own use, or are you planning to start a business?

Besides the foregoing . . . Why in a sachet bag? All the instant coffee I've been unfortunate enough to come into contact with just dissolved.
