how can someone remove like 95% of the acid in coffee like cold brew but even better? toddycoffee.com i believe says that it can only remove like 67% approximately but how can i remove way more acid than that? would anyone happen to know by any chance? cold brew lovers im all ears............

When you cold brew coffee, there is less acid.

It would make sense that if you use a low acid ground coffee when you're brewing the cold-brewed coffee, you'd end up with less acid in the coffee. I'm not sure if you'd reach the 95% goal that you're looking for, but you will get closer to it.

Here is a website that explains a lot about low acid coffees. If you scroll down the page, you'll see a list of low acid coffees that you may want to try.

This makes sense, and also very helpful for those who likes drinking coffee but stopped because of acid.
