Hi everyone,

Glad I found this forum! Been around more than a few coffee forums and I don't sign up often but I am really liking the solid advice I am seeing in the pro forums. That and the friendliness I think are outstanding!

Bit about myself: I played with coffee back in the day when flavoured beans were 'specialty', and really got back into it in a big way. I love lever espresso, my fav is brew method is currently V60 but my true passion is ROASTING :smile:

WELCOME! You will find loads of great info here. You hit it right on the nose about this forum...its the only reason I still hang here...the people are nice. I have been involved with other forums and the old school guys could be such jerks to newbies. I got sick of it. A lot of people forget that they too had a first day on the job! Again...welcome.
