Help with malfunctioning Keurig Duo

We have a Keurig Duo and only the single serve function is working. When you try to use the carafe, it will only brew about a cup. I ran a descale which dislodged quite a bit of debris into the carafe but it will still only brew about a cup. Any suggestions on getting the carafe side working again or has our duo now become a solo?

Oh I also have the issues with Keurig Duo. I received my Keurig duo plus. I want cleansing cycle first run and the grinds basket is filled with water. Any ideas how to fix? I think I have to contact keurig customer service (found their contact online https://keurig.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html ). So keep you posted on how it works out
