Help smoothing ROR Curve using Artisan and Diedrich IR-7

I'm roasting some pretty good beans these days, as I've come up with a procedure that seems to work across different origins and the like. Nevertheless, I'm perplexed about my ROR curve. The time / temp curve follows the Scott Rao desired slowly declining ROR, but looking at the curve (ROR Curve) it's jagged, alot of ups and downs, but in general does follow the goal. I see everyone else's graphs looking more smoothly. Any suggestions?
