Help pricing a Diedrich IR-3 floor mount

Hello community,

I have inherited a Diedrich IR-3 roaster floor mount. I know it was lightly used, and even in storage for 3 years since the purchase date of 2010. Was up and running for the past 6 months doing 1-2 batches per week. I cannot use the machine and would like to sell it, but I have no idea on what a fair price would be for the machine. Any leads on how to determine a selling price would be much appreciated.
