Help Please: US Roaster Corp Roaster - need help with getting compliance in MA

Hi everyone, I have purchased a 5 kilo US Roaster corp machine. I live in Massachusetts and am having trouble with getting compliance because the roaster is not a "listed gas appliance" in MA. So they require me to get an engineer to run a test and draw a plane of the roaster, gas lines etc...
Has anyone else in Massachusetts had to go through this and if so, can you recommend an engineer?
Any help would be great.

Easier than they make it sound. The state already has several variances in place for your machine. You will need pictures and you need to contact Dan and get his engineers drawings. They also want pictures of your venting. Take pictures of every part of the roaster inside and out and make sure you show detail of the valves and burners. You also need a plumber that will go along.
I suggest you get the roaster in place and install the vent for step one. I replied to your pm

Thanks for the help everyone. The state really does like to make it sound a bit complicated. But now I'm on the right path.
