Help Please: I Lose Artisan profile values when I save profiles.

Im using Artisan 1.2.0 (3) and a Hottop KN-8828B-2K+

Roast profiles show event values when I press a button such as start of first crack as expected but when I save the profile all the event values and their leader lines disappear from the profile chart. This has only been going on fairly recently. Use to save all event values (time and temp with leader lines pointing to exact place on graph) but now all its saves are the graphs. All time and temp info is lost. Any idea whats going on? Why am I losing all my time and temp values from Artisan 1.2 software profiles when saving them?

I contacted Marko as you suggested and he was able to solve my issue in short order. I stopped using the "Charge" button and just started the program at same time I added beans to roaster. Apparently if you dont click on charge you will lose time, temp and leader lines in your saved profiles.
