Help filing for a NAICS Code

Going through the checklist Business Tax with Indiana and stumped on the NAICS coding. Since I am going to roast for both wholesale and retail customers, which code do I choose? My building will not be open to the public so it is not technically a "retail store". I found 454390 Other Direct Selling Establishment, but does not seem to fit. Any suggestions on what code I should use for coffee roasting??
