Hey everybody on the forums. I am very new to the coffee industry. My boss has started a venture into roasting grinding and distributing our own brand of coffee. We are working out the kinks now but i never relized how in depth coffee can go. I am sure we will be asking some questions as we come across things. Thank you in advance for your help.
