My name is Natalia and I'm from Miami, Florida. I am in the process of launching a company that sells coffee cubes, and I'm interested in hearing your opinions on our idea.

The coffee is Colombian Sumpremo quality beans, and it is mixed with Panela, which is raw, unrefined sugar cane. These 2 ingredients are combined to form a cube.

If you want to see the cubes or read more about us or the ingredients just google "Jiva Cubes" and you'll find us.

Thank you,
Natalia R.

Hello "NataliaR"

Welcome to the Coffee Forum website!

I briefly explored your website this morning: Our Story- Jiva Coffee Cubes born | Jiva Cubes

The Jiva Cube appears to be something that may catch on, especially if the coffee is as good as you say. From what I can tell, estimating on shipping costs, it would cost approximately 50 cents per cup of coffee. It's very possible that people who enjoy sweetened instant coffee would be interested in it.

Good luck.

Thanks for the input! Yep it is about 50 cents a cup and I'm hoping we can create a market for the cubes. We are trying to get a better reputation going for instant coffee (which seems near impossible right now lol.) Even though most have told us its crazy to buy Supremo Colombian beans (because they are more expensive beans) to then pulverize them for instant coffee. We're hoping to surprise a lot of people.

We really appreciate the feedback! We are actually currently working on plain coffee cubes (no sweetener added) for those who take their coffee black.
