Hello everyone. My name is Kevin, and I am hoping to learn a few things around here and look forward to participating in the discussions. I live and work in Maryland with my wife, and have also spent time working in Korea as well as more brief trips to Nicaragua, London, China, and Paris. Whenever I travel abroad, I love trying out new cafes and checking out the coffee. So far, Korea has been my favorite when it comes to number of cafes and the atmosphere of many of them. Hope to get to know some of you guys!

I roast for The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. We have a small roastery(800 sq ft) with a 60 kilo roaster slammed into it. I can produce about 10k lbs a week. On that note...time to fire up the roaster!
