Hello from Florida!

Hello all!

I'm Paul, from SW FL, a coffee lover and habitual tinkerer. I found this board during my quest for the perfect cup of coffee. Not only do I want that cuppa, I want to try to build a maker that can produce said cuppa efficiently.

I prefer my coffee black and not too hot, I like to taste everything in the coffee. Preferably a medium to medium-dark roast, although I'm wanting to experiment with different roasts and blends to find the right one.

Welcome, If you roast at home you can experiment with the same beans to get different roast or blends your self or you can try different beans until you find the ones you like the best.

I'll have to keep that much in mind as well.

Any particular beans and roasts you'd suggest?
