I want the next step and now I'm looking for a home roaster, but it going to last, I'm affraid.

Welcome to the coffee forums.

Which part of northern Spain are you from?

I lived in Galicia for a semester while in college. The wife and I have also traveled a bit through La Rioja and The Basque country awhile back. We sure like the people and lifestyle of northern Spain. matter of fact, the wife and I would like to spend more time there down the road.

Easy questiom. Basque country, next to Guggenheim's Bilbao. Galicia and LaRioja are also good places for foods and drinks, seafood, wine, cheeses, vegetables... It's normal you want to spend more time arround .
