Newbie from Santa Barbara. Started doing events with Shave Ice last year. Expanding into espresso. Still contemplating, learning, but enjoying too. Shave ice fascinates and love making the kids happy. Expresso is exciting, I have two commercial esprsso machines and recently purchased a small teardrop trailer and am hoping to convert it to a mobile service. Space is tight, but I have convinced myself it's doable.

Question, I love french press, why is it impossible to find in shops? Is it my imagination or does FP taste smoother?
