my HVAC guy is asking how much heat will the IR-12 Diedrich coffee roaster produce in the surrounding room

Lots? Not sure how to answer this question... my USRC 12K gets so hot the AC doesn't keep up.... not sure most AC's will be able to keep up.
I don't get that. I have a 60 kilo Ambex in a 800 sqft room with the afterburner also in the room. When we were building out they said I had to add a 12.5 ton unit to my already existing 5 ton unit. I said that was over kill. They said your after burner can run at 1100 degrees. I said yes, but I can put my hand on the exterior and its cool to the touch. It was a waste to put that unit in. Granted I am a Florida boy and like it hot.
