when I was running in 6 am (I run every other day.. not so much about 30 to 40 min) it was 52 F.
now it is about 72 F. very sunny!!!!! absolutely gorgeous weather!.

by the way, it is very hard to run in Xela because of 7000 feet altitude. No wonder most of boxers train & run in high altitude.

Since you are asking me about this, you must be in Capital. I was there last 3 days. I came to Xela last night.
