Guatemala Beans

Anyone tried a cup of guatemala? I'm not sure about the details of our roasting process, but I'll ask at work tomorrow. I've heard our guys refer to our method as "medium" but that's about it. Anyway, the point is, Guatemala is delicious. Its by far my favorite! Full body, juicy, very balanced as well. I get light caramel hints with berry. Anybody cupped this one?

Guatamalan is my second favourite next to Ethiopian.

Guatemala "Volcán de Oro", city roast is my top. Don't know too much about other. Just can say i used a "generic" guatemala and it was far from "Volcán de Oro". A friend says the best is a coffee from Chiapas (Mexico), same mountains, a border in the middle.

We had some Volcan de Oro I think! It was absolutely delicious. One of the few coffees I can drink black at anytime in any mood.
