Just thought I would introduce myself briefly...

Originally from France and now in the US. I have been in love with coffee for quite some time but really got into it about 7 years ago. I started roasting at this time and rebuilding espresso machines, older and newer. Finally became a espresso gear collector and got into serious roasting as well.

Roaster-wise, I have just upgraded my Primo TT-EC (which incidentally is for sale) to a bigger Ambex YM-15. I will be posting about this new toy a bit I think...
