Well, I'm not in the business per se...I just enjoy reading about it. Of course there's tons of stuff to learn and you can come at it from many different angles. For me, I just love learning as much as I can about the beans.

Thanks Thuy! I've thought about opening a coffee shop for a long time, and that led me to thinking about roasting. I know there's a thousand little things about opening a store, and I've learned a lot just from reading tons of posts. Everyone's input is truly inspiring.
