Awesome and cool dude, shot the shit for a bit. The roastery is very cool, and heard nothing but good about the restaurant (the jew in me loves bagels lol). He gave me a sample of Larry Kings Sunrise which surprisingly was pretty good, made two iced latte's this morning for the fiance and I. But I bought a pound of Chris own roast, just awesome, a lot of places don't know how to do a good dark roast. But his was great, just made a double shot and loved it. If they open an online store for the beans, you'll be in for a treat.

Yeh he's rocking tat's, think one arm is sleeved, maybe both? Maybe he'll chime in lol. Very cool setup they have though, wish it was closer to me as I'm down near Lauderdale.

I'm guessing that when you say they have a very cool setup, you had a chance to check out the creamery station and the iced coffee cubes while you were there? I've only seen photos of it, and it looks very cool!
