Hi.
I just purchased some freshly roasted coffee ( I have purchased from them before ). I was told to leave it a week to air before using last time, but I wanted to give it a go as soon as I got it.
The problem I have is that when I pour in the milk ( Soya ) it starts to curdle. It never did this before and I have used 3 different bottles of milk ( All Freshly open and tastes normal )
Could it be that the coffee is too acidic and needs time to air?
Could it be a bad roast batch?
It's definitely not the milk itself.
