FOR SALE: IR-3 Diedrich Roaster (Floorstanding 2009 model)

Price: $10,000.
This white Diedrich IR-3 floor-standing manual model (2009) has been fitted with an additional probe.
It has performed roughly 7000 hours of roasting for Rosetta Roastery in Woodstock, Cape Town. It's never experienced a roaster fire, and has been well maintained. In its current condition, it requires the viewing light to be repaired, and bearings to be replaced. Otherwise, everything is in good working order.
The offer is for the roaster as it appears in these images, but reconditioning can be performed at request. Associated costs will be added to the asking price.
Shipping from Cape Town, South Africa, is not included in the asking price. But we are happy to quote for- and arrange the shipping upon request.
