Start-up coffee roasting business with ready access to the Peoria, Bloomington/Normal and surrounding markets in need of new owners.

The business produces artisan roasted coffee with strong appeal and a small but loyal customer base.

Included is an installed Ambex YM-15 roaster in excellent condition, package sealer, label printer and other associated equipment.

The roasterie is located in newly renovated space in nearby Woodford county and operates with a month to month low cost lease.

The price is $25,000.00 plus inventory

Hello CMK,

Welcome to the Coffee Forums website.

When the coffee roasting business is sold, please post a message here. That way, people won't keep asking about it.

Thanks,
Rose

are you looking for someone to take over your existing space or simply selling all your equipment?

There is a lot of value in the current location including build-outs, low monthly rent without a long term commitment (utilities included), and an unblemished health department record; so at this point it makes a lot more sense for someone interested in an ongoing business.

Thanks for your interest.

Sounds like a great location... however If you change your mind I may be interested in your equipment only... I'm trying to start a new coffee roaster in a small town in the mountains of Colorado.

please list of the equipment and other valuable things about the business.
Also why are you selling it ?

The equipment is listed above. Food grade build-outs include impervious ceiling over roasting and packaging areas, 3 basin and separate hand washing sink and specific drainage; then there are other things like the vent stack for the roaster.

Unless you are in Central Illinois, it probably doesn't make sense for you.

Thanks for your interest.
