Selling my 2019 Diedrich IR-12 Manual machine. It has the thermo logging package for plugging into a laptop for easy roast tracking. I have 10ft+ length of double walled and insulated venting coming from the machine (goes about halfway up to the warehouse ceiling) included. This duct is not cheap.
Used to roast 1 day a week, most we ever roasted was 150 lbs, some weeks were much much less. maintained and cleaned regularly.
Price: FIRM at $27,500 including venting.
