Hello,
I gave all the energy I had to get into the coffee roasting business, but I was only good at the roasting part, not the business part. I put the coffee thing on hold as long as I could to reevaluate/recalculate/re-research, but I don't forsee myself being able to get things together for another run at it. So, I must bid a sweet goodbye to my roaster. It's in great working shape, just a bit dusty from storage. It's been in storage for about 5 years. One of the clips to hold the chaff collector door closed was snapped off during a move from one facility to another (as shown in pic). Other than that, It just needs a good cleaning, possibly lubing and it's ready for hooking up to a natural gas line and roasting.
Asking price is $8000. It's in the Metro NYC area and it would have to be picked up. It's on a dolly, so a truck with a lift-gate would be needed.
