Fermented beans

Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures, but I thought the flavor was pretty interesting, not for everybody, it was kind of a wine/ liquor leaning taste, I couldn’t drink it all day, but one cup a day was good to go

I drink a lot of coffee, so I roast decaffeinated as well as caffeinated, and then I blend, I never blended the Fermented Zambia but the caffeine was basically the same as regular roasts, I can get spun up quickly so I do try to keep the caffeine at a minimum
