Hi everyone, I’ve got a Diedrich IR-2.5 roaster that I am looking to sell, but was hopeful I could get some help from the community on what product information I am missing to inform buyers as well as a good target price. Any help is appreciated, it is in good working condition.

-Looks like about 400 hours on the unit, is that high/low/average?
-What is a fair starting price?

400 hours is on the low side. I think you could ask close to new price as these things retain their value like crazy. Good luck on the sale.

I have the same roaster and love it, I'm pushing the 1000 hours on it now, does it have the computer roasting programs with it! As this would add more value! Pm me and I will tell you what I paid for the machine as I bought it used with also about 400 hours on it!

Would love to see some more pics of how you had it setup in the AirStream! I've got a 2.5 and thought about something similar, but was concerned about all the bouncing around the roaster would endure....any issues with that?

My roaster is permanent in a shop
