Hi all- Monsoon rains and their attendant humidity have decended on my region in N. AZ and I am suddenly confronted with grinding, tamping and output variations which are confounding!
When it was dry, I was grinding quite fine (#3 on my Brevelle) and useing a medium/lite tamp - 15grams in / 45grams output = excellent!
Now I am up to a coarser #12, light tamp and still choking my machine. It feels like I am now under-extracting.:decaf:
Do I back off my tamp or go even coarser? Suggestions?
