About the building:
- It is not on a slab. It is designed to be set down with a heavy-duty construction-type forklift with tines 4’ o.c.
- The kiosk is 8’-7” wide with the pilasters, which can be removed to make it 8’ wide but not easily. It is 13’-2” in length. It is 13’-10” tall to the peak of the parapets but these and the wrought-iron rooftop railings are designed to be easily removed to reduce the height to 11’-1 for shipping (which the seller would plan to do). The awnings would also be removed for shipping.
