We have decided to close our small roasting business and sale the equipment.
I have a 2015 Diedrich IR 2.5 with 1533 hours. It has the power agitator, stainless steel upgrades and the data logging package. We run it using artisan software. I also have a tool kit for servicing the machine along with a grease gun that has only had food grade grease in it. I have one 48" length of exhaust pipe as well. Set up for natural gas. This was the photo sample on Diedrich's website. Located in Western Pennsylvania. I prefer a local pick up, or you will have to arrange shipping.
The annual service was just completed, and the machine is installed and operational. The Bung gas valve will need to be replaced at some point, but it does work. The gas adjustment is just not as smooth as it should be.
I also have some food grade buckets and cupping equipment. I have the Rocky Rhodes book on roasting that Diedrich released that can be included.

I have a Ditting grinder that will need a good cleaning for $400.00. I've never used it, but it appears to work.
