Delonghi ESAM5500 not woking

Hi there,I just got this weird problem the other day. My machine suddently didnt work. It seems like coffey (waste dump) is stucked inside. when I choose to make a cup it grinds the coffey and I can hear the pump makes this cloaked sound like something is stuck and the water cant pass through. If I use the hot water spout the water and pump works just fine. Any clues? Tried to clean device using the manual as guideline.
