I know that 2 tablespoons per 6oz of water is the norm for drip auto coffee makers but what about Perculators. I have a lady friend who uses a Perculator (yuk) and was wondering if the 2 tablespoons per 6oz of water would work for her?

Thanks,

Dave

The perk is possible the best way to enjoy a cup, even though many may disagree. I think one of my fav reasons for using one is that it takes patience and time.

the outcome is a very nice full cup of joe

It depends on the size of the perk. Most have a line in the ground holder showing you how much to use. I have 2 one of mine has a 2 lines, the other doesn't have any lines

I would say though from my experience a full table spoon for every 8 ounces/ 1 cup of water. iF she makes it and it still seems to bitter than thats usually too much gounds if its too watery than thats too little grounds
