consultants?

Hi all. New to this forum. Lots of great info here. I'm working on getting a drive through location up and running in the midwest. Doing a lot of reading, working on biz case etc.

Curious to get a point of view from y'all on consultants. Have had some discussions with Java Grande and Alex Fisenko. Seemed good. Also bought a book from Bellisimo (on opening a drive thru) that I have to admit I was disappointed with.

What do y'all think?
