Considerations for drive thru espesso stand on wheels

Could use some advice from anyone who runs a drive thru on wheels. Any problems hooking up to city utilities with these units? I mean as long as the retail space has that available? Any permit pitfalls to avoid? I've heard it's easier to permit if on wheels. Any thoughts or advice?

I can't speak for California but wheels don't make a difference in Texas. The permitting process is the same.

That will mainly depend on how you are going to classify this unit. Do you plan to be a mobile, i.e., driving this unit around and doing events where you can drive to? Or will it be tied down and used as a portable drive thru structure? That will make a difference when applying for your permits.

one location drive thru on wheels

This would be on wheels with a skirt in one location. I guess I'll find out.
